FUOCO wall mirror takes shape from the collection of the remains of a Larch’s trunk burned in a natural fire in the forests of the Alps, in Lombardy, coordinates 46° 18' 50", 10° 15' 59".
The section of the burnt trunk is carved on the profile of the mountains of the Alpine arc and then transformed into a bronze sculpture through lost-wax casting technique with black patina, a process that enhances the marks and fractures of matter devoured by fire.
